About the Role :
We’re looking for a fearless UX / Product Designer to lead the design of immersive, intuitive digital experiences for a global travel and entertainment brand. This role will focus on shaping web and mobile experiences for luxury cruise platforms, with potential to expand into other high-profile guest service offerings.
This long-term opportunity is ideal for a story-driven designer with a strong balance of UX and visual design capabilities. We’re seeking someone who brings a fresh perspective , excels in high-frequency growth environments , and can turn complex user needs into cohesive, delightful experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Design intuitive, high-impact experiences for both web and mobile (mobile-first, platform-agnostic)Create and iterate on interactive prototypes using FigmaLeverage motion design and visual storytelling to deliver memorable, elegant UI solutionsWork cross-functionally with product managers, tech leads, and fellow designersDrive forward design thinking, influence direction, and champion the user throughout the processLead and contribute to design system evolution and team-wide design critiquesWhat We're Looking For :
Demonstrated experience designing polished, end-to-end digital experiences (portfolio required)Deep fluency with Figma for UI design and prototypingStrong balance of interaction design and visual design — a true Product Design nativeCollaborative, proactive communicator who can build rapport across functions and levelsBrings a self-driven design process while also contributing to a shared creative cultureExperience with or interest in motion design, storytelling, and persuasive UI a strong plusIdeal Candidate Traits :
