The Data Scientist will support; analyze & test various pilots focused on conversational AI, analytics and data visualization. Experiments will be supported in partnership with matrixed teams of call center, chat and digital operations staff. You will utilize your experience to leverage DMAICR frameworks to test, validate, enhance, analyze and recommend next steps based on data. Accelerate our speed to market for inbound sales, retention, and customer service solutions. Success will be defined by minimum viable product cycles, data driven approvals for scale, and clear return on investment for executive stakeholders.
WHAT OUR DATA SCIENTISTS ENJOY MOST
- Prototype & Pilot Testing and evaluations : Scope, design, test and analyze prototypes. Define minimum viable product standards and run controlled experiments with measurable success metrics
- Leading Edge AI, Analytics & Insights : Evaluate designs, track performance data, and deliver statistically valid readouts and recommendations for programs focused on cutting edge AI, analytics and coaching concepts.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with Client Success, AI engineers, and Operations to facilitate workshops and translate frontline challenges into testable hypotheses.
- Continuous Improvement : Analyze Lean / Six Sigma initiatives, streamline workflows, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Governance & Change Management : Assist in maintaining lab operations, supporting compliance activities, and helping coordinate change initiatives to align with organizational priorities.
You’ll be expected to work in a dynamic environment. You’ll excel in this role if you are a self-starter who can work independently as well as in a team.

Required Qualifications
Experience : Data analytics experience : 3 years; Programming experience : 2 yearsEducation : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, or operations research, or equivalent combination of education and experienceSkills : Strong foundational skills in testing, analytics, prototyping, and workflow improvement; Strong collaboration and facilitation skills with an interest in Lean / Six Sigma methodologies, workflow optimization, and basic governance practicesAbilities : Effective at working across technical and business teams, supporting workshops, and translating ideas into actionable next steps; Assist in change management efforts while building skills in efficiency, quality, and cost improvement practices; Assist in scoping and planning pilots, track pilot success criteria, and contribute to A / B or multivariate testing effortsHybrid Schedule : Four in-office days weeklyPreferred Qualifications
