Work From Home Recruiter Needed in Long-Term Care Company!

JOB SUMMARY

Evergreen Healthcare Group is currently seeking a Long-Term Care Recruiting Coordinator to assist in the vetting, scheduling, strategizing, and recommending top-notch healthcare workers for our facilities. This position is not conducting direct-to-hire selections but will be part of a collaborative and strategic recruiting team focused on individual facilities' needs as they arise.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

  • Works with Center leadership to develop recruitment goals to meet required staffing levels.
  • Works with, mentors, and oversees areas of company applicant training system (ATS).
  • Post jobs to various job board sites (e.g. Paycor, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Assess and prioritize recruiting needs of the team.
  • Pre-screen and assist with interview scheduling, as needed.
  • Explore and support Centers to recruit at a community level to generate qualified applicants.
  • Maintains records on recruiting activities, as required.
  • Participate in projects and team meetings.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :

  • Must be internet savvy.
  • Self-driven, self-motivated, autonomously driven mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
  • Collaboration skills are a must, along with the ability to grasp new technologies and strategically think.
  • Ability to establish a strong rapport with candidates, team members, hiring managers, and clients.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office365.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Applicant Tracking System (Apploi and Indeed) experience, highly preferred.

    • EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE :

  • Working knowledge of Indeed (including Smart Source), LinkedIn, and other job boards.
  • Knowledge of the long-term healthcare / skilled nursing facility environment, required.
  • Preferred associate or bachelor's degree.
  • Two or more years of LTC recruiting and / or talent acquisition skills, required.
  • Preferred previous experience in Human Resources.
