job_description.job_card.job_descriptionReview Budgets, CAM Reconciliations, Reforecasts, and Estimates, ensuring accurate coding, allocation, and documentation of expenses. Validate recoverable expenses, apply exclusions and caps, and assess amortization requirements. Prepare CAM Reconciliation invoices and deliverables for tenants. Support due diligence for acquisitions / dispositions and manage prorations. Analyze financial variances, calculate CAPS, and compare CAPEX bids to budgets. Oversee financial processes in Yardi and review automated OPEX analysis for accuracy. Generate portfolio performance reports and resolve tenant billing inquiries in collaboration with Property Managers and Asset Management Analysts. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field. Experience in property management financial analysis and reporting. Strong understanding of CAM, CAPS, and expense allocation practices. Proficiency in Yardi and other property management software. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
