What to expect in the role :
Overseeing a caseload of learners by creating, monitoring, and continuously evaluating individualized treatment and behavior intervention goals / plans, making modifications as neededEstablishing and maintaining rapport with parent(s) / caregiver(s) for each learner on caseload and conducting monthly parent / caregiver trainings in the center, home, or communityConducting initial and ongoing assessments for new learners as needed and completing corresponding insurance documentsStrategizing and communicating with other members of the clinical team for overall center managementWhy join us?

Requirements :
Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related fieldBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Must have state licensure or be eligible to obtain state licensure2 to 3 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages2 to 3 years management / supervision experienceDemonstrates exemplary leadership, mentoring, and organization skillsCompletely independent with ABA programming and implementing evidence based intervention strategiesMeets all expectations of SR PM position based on checklist attached
