As an independent insurance business, we prioritize relationships within our team, with our clients, potential clients, our community, and the companies we work with.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management :

  • Establish new relationships with potential clients and sign them up for insurance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key referral partners.
  • Cultivate relationships and cross-sell additional lines of insurance.

    • 2. Sales Activities :

  • Networking at professional organizations, association meetings, and mixers.
  • Complete paperwork and input information into the software system after a sale.
  • Taking care of inbound calls

    • Professional and Personal Skills :

  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Self-starter, driven, and able to manage rejection well.
  • Confident, energetic, and enthusiastic with a sense of humor.
  • Experience with a CRM
  • Patient, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, supportive, articulate, kind, ethical, and honest.
  • Must be licensed
