Job Overview

The Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in supporting the faculty and administrative functions of the Heart Institute. Leading a team of approximately ten administrative and procedural scheduling staff, this position ensures smooth daily operations and serves as a key liaison between faculty and support services. The Supervisor oversees faculty onboarding and offboarding, licensing and credentialing processes, second opinion and international referral requests, and adherence to scheduling guidelines. They also develop workflows, establish standard operating procedures, track key performance metrics, and drive process improvement initiatives. By optimizing scheduling practices, coordinating with clinical teams, and providing administrative support and coaching, the Operations Supervisor ensures that faculty and staff have the tools and structures needed to deliver outstanding patient care. This is a hybrid role, with 80% on-site expectation at our Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of two (2) years previous relevant experience in a health care setting.

Bachelors' degree in Administration, Health Care Administration, Management, Finance, or related field will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

Salary Information

Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week) : $61,473.39 to $92,210.08
