The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the daily maintenance operations to ensure all building systems, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained and operating efficiently. This role supervises the maintenance staff, coordinates repairs and preventive maintenance schedules, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment for residents, guests, and employees.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance personnel to ensure efficient completion of work orders and maintenance projects.

Assign, monitor, and review maintenance tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality results.

Inspect property grounds, facilities, and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs.

Oversee preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and other building systems.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment logs.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, inspections, and service agreements.

Ensure all maintenance work is performed in compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies.

Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and building system failures.

Manage maintenance supply inventory and order necessary parts and materials.

Assist with budgeting, cost control, and capital improvement planning.

Provide leadership and promote teamwork, safety, and accountability within the maintenance department.

Full-Time Mon-Fri 8am-4 : 30pm

Salary : Up to $65K DOE
