Were growing and looking for a professional, motivated Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our team in the Vermont / Northern NY border territory . You must reside in Vermont to be considered. HVAC experience is not required if you have a strong background in professional sales and a willingness to learn, we will provide full training and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, and HVAC distributors
• Promote and sell products from our respected manufacturer partners
• Deliver product presentations and provide customer support
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
• Negotiate pricing and close sales
• Track activity and manage customer relationships using a CRM
• Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge (training provided)
• Collaborate with internal team and manufacturer partners to meet territory goals
