Shift Options

12-hour shifts

Choose between 48 or 72 hours per pay period

Flexible, self-scheduling available

Program Highlights

Work in one unit for the duration of the contract no floating or being pulled to other units

40+ units across Medical, Surgical, Step-Down, Progressive, Transitional Care, Emergency Department, ICU and more!!

No holiday requirement for Christmas, New Years Day, or MLK Day

Weekend requirement : 24 hours every 4 weeks (typically 2 shifts / month)

What to Expect

Choose a 48- or 72-hour biweekly commitment

All shifts are 12 hours - 7a-7 : 30pm or 7p-7 : 30am

Must commit to 24 weekend hours per 4-week schedule block

Requirements

2 years of recent RN experience in an acute care hospital setting required

BLS certification required

BSN preferred ; ADN required

$52.00 hourlyThis pay rate / range represents ChristianaCares good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
