Job Summary
The Creative Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing digital creative requests from initiation to completion. This role ensures timely delivery, clear communication between stakeholders, and alignment with brand standards across all digital assets.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with ecommerce and digital creative teams to align deliverables and deadlines across website, loyalty, and email.
- Ability to think strategically about requirements for each project and be able to independently research and acquire various elements or missing details.
- Create project timelines and project plan creative team assignments across digital and mall projects.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary assets and resources for project execution, such as product samples, guidelines, and specifications.
- Coordinate all meetings requiring further direction on creative project requests.
- Support Creative Project Manager in any additional needs.
- DAM data management, tagging and organizing files for consistency
- Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
3+ years in a project coordination role in a multi-channel environmentBachelor's degree preferredStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication skills, including written and verbalIntermediate experience in MS Office programs including Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelIntermediate experience in Google Suite and Figma is a plusKnowledge and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite#J-18808-Ljbffr
