Healthcare Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Site of Care Services.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with ACO partners to design and implement care pathways that enhance patient outcomes

Analyze post-acute care trends and SNF performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities

Facilitate stakeholder engagement and produce training materials to support care pathway adoption

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or a related field

Clinical License preferred

5 years of experience in healthcare operations, care coordination, or value-based care programs

Strong analytical skills with experience in healthcare data analysis and reporting

Familiarity with ACO models, SNF operations, and post-acute care strategies
