Responsibilities Work in an inpatient and outpatient cardiac sonography setting Perform TEE, TTE, Stress ECHO, colorflow, and diafleur studies on patients of all ages Average daily caseload of 8-10 cases Use GE VE95 ultrasound equipment Monday through Friday 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM schedule, with on-call required every fourth week Outpatient cases scheduled Monday through Friday; weekend cases are inpatient only Daily duties include performing both non-invasive and invasive cardiac exams using ultrasound equipment Responsible for preparing patients, administering imaging agents, and documenting critical findings in the EMR On-call coverage required every fourth week Pass / Fail EKG testing required on first day with two attempts allowed and study guides provided Must adhere to infection control protocols and confidentiality standards Scrub attire details not specified Second interview will be conducted by the manager Requirements Minimum of one year inpatient Echo Tech experience required BLS and ARDMS or CCI certification required Proficiency with TEE, TTE, Stress ECHO, colorflow, and diafleur required Advanced arrhythmia exam required Pediatric experience preferred Previous travel experience preferred Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility License required if applicable Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-619828.
