• Business Development : You are skilled at identifying, creating, and implementing growth opportunities within and between organizations to generate long-term value from customers, markets, and relationships. You have a proven track record of expanding business through strategic partnerships.
• Partner Relationship Management (PRM) : You are adept at managing and optimizing relationships with business partners through the use of methodologies, strategies, and software to streamline processes, automate tasks, and enhance collaboration and sales efforts. You leverage technology and data to maximize partner performance.
• Negotiation : You engage effectively in dialogue to reach mutually beneficial agreements by understanding and addressing the needs and interests of all parties involved. You can balance competing priorities while maintaining strong relationships and achieving business objectives.

About This Role

As a GSI and Consultancy Partner Manager at Udemy, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with Global Systems Integrators and Consultancies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and relationship management, directly impacting Udemy's enterprise growth through high-value partnerships. You will be instrumental in scaling Udemy's reach in the enterprise market through some of the world's most influential technology and consultancy partners.
