Key Responsibilities
Deliver specialized service as a single point of contact, managing member issue resolution with urgency
Provide concierge-level guidance on benefit plans, advocating for members and identifying innovative solutions
Take ownership of the member experience, ensuring service continuity and minimizing handoffs
Required Qualifications
College degree or equivalent combination of college and work experience preferred
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions in direct member contact, ideally virtual / telephonic
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Healthcare industry work experience is a plus but not required
Advanced soft skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
