Key Responsibilities
Manage the full cycle recruiting process for operational and admin staff
Oversee applicant tracking system workflow and ensure stages are updated
Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruiting
Experience managing 15+ open positions for full-time, salaried roles
Proficient in sourcing candidates through resume databases
Education level : associate degree or higher
Healthcare experience is strongly preferred
