Mid-Sized GP Firm ranked National "Tier 1" in Patent Law. Very active with representing both patent owners and petitioners at the PTAB, and complainants at the ITC. A busy Patent Prosecution practice of cutting-edge clients, primarily medium to large companies.

Requirements

• Experience in patent prosecution with an aptitude for portfolio development; client counseling a plus.
• Must have a USPTO registration number.
• Hold a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Prefer education or patent prosecution work experience related to software technologies such as cloud, security encryption, AI, bioinformatics, mobile applications, databases, and networking.
• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal skills.
