Are you a passionate and driven gymnastics coach? Airborne Gymnastics is seeking full-time and part-time Xcel Team Coaches for our Gold, Platinum, and Diamond teams.
We are looking for coaches committed to both technical excellence and the holistic development of athletes. You'll join a collaborative staff, preparing athletes for competition, providing mentorship, and building strong relationships with gymnasts and their families.
Coaching Responsibilities
- Develop and coach competitive gymnasts, designing and implementing individualized training programs.
- Provide mentorship and foster a positive, motivating training environment.
- Ensure gymnast safety during all activities.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff.
- Attend competitions and provide direct coaching support.
- Support program continuity (e.g., substituting for peers, attending additional practices).
