Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities :

• Provides individual counseling for your assigned caseload.
• Options to provide family and couples counseling pending clinician's preference.
• Support clients in developing and reaching treatment goals.
• Work collaboratively with the internal treatment team.
• Collaborate with outside collaterals as needed.
• Make referrals to outside agencies as needed.

Qualifications :

Must have a Masters degree in social work, clinical mental health, marriage and family counseling or a related field (as defined by Massachusetts licensing requirements).

Must be license eligible for LMHC, LICSW or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.
