Job Overview
Engineer-In-Training – Drainage at Horrocks
Department : Transportation
Location : Meridian, ID
Compensation : $68,000 – $95,000 per year
Core Responsibilities
- Work as part of the drainage team under the direction of Senior Hydraulics Engineers to perform hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design for transportation projects.
- Use a variety of modeling software and tools to analyze and design drainage systems, including storm drains, culverts, ditches, and stormwater management facilities.
- Use CADD to prepare plans and digital files for bidding and construction.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to provide the best value and service to our clients.
- Design and develop calculations and plans.
- Apply and adhere to industry and client standards.
- Take ownership of and complete assigned tasks.
