What You'll Do

  • Lead IT Operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant technology services.
  • Drive ITIL-based service management to improve efficiency and accountability.
  • Oversee compliance with SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and internal audit requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, incident resolution, and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Lead the Service Desk to deliver responsive, high-quality end-user support.
  • Oversee IT procurement, vendor management, and asset lifecycle.
  • Mentor and develop a skilled IT team, fostering growth and collaboration.

    • What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years in IT operations / service management, with 3+ years in leadership.
  • Proven experience with ITIL frameworks and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira Service Management, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of compliance in regulated industries.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Alignment with a faith-based mission and comfort working in an environment where shared values and community are central to daily operations.
