SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION

Job Summary

The primary responsibility is to work with operations to continuously improve efficiency and product quality. Collaborate with the maintenance department to improve reliability and troubleshoot issues. Identify process improvement projects, develop process controls, and monitor rice processing and milling. Mentor other plant engineers.

Basic Qualifications :

• Must possess a minimum of B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Biological related field from a 4-year accredited university or college.
• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess working knowledge of computers.
• Must be willing and able to travel as needed.
• Must be willing and able to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, twisting, turning, pushing, pulling, and crawling throughout the day.
• Must be willing and able to ride man-lifts.
• Must be willing and able to work at heights up to 200 feet.
• Must be willing and able to work in hot and cold temperatures for extended periods.
• Must be at least 21 years old to drive a company vehicle.
• Must be willing and able to wear the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Must be willing and able to follow all safety and food safety rules.
• Other duties as requested by the manager.
