Territory Sales Representative
PrideStaff is looking for a motivated Territory Sales Representative. This is a direct hire position with an opportunity to grow. Salary base : $50,000 - $60,000 (total compensation potential based on sales achievement $80,000 -$140,000)
Schedule : Monday Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Job Summary
The Territory Sales Representative (TSR) is responsible for merchant enrollment, onboarding, in-person training, and retention within an assigned geographic territory. This role executes daily field visits to both prospective and existing merchants to support origination growth, reduce attrition, and strengthen merchant relationships. The TSR collaborates closely with Sales leadership, Marketing, and Merchant Services to ensure consistent execution of sales programs and route optimization strategies, while maintaining accurate CRM documentation and meeting assigned performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Sign up a minimum of 12 new automotive repair shops per month in the assigned area.
- Conduct 15 in-person visits daily to new leads and existing merchants to increase enrollment, retention, and sales.
- Accurately log all merchant interactions and activities in the CRM (Salesforce).
- Provide ongoing training, troubleshooting, and relationship support to partner shops.
- Utilize Salesforce Maps to plan intelligent, optimized routes for daily visits.
- Participate in industry, merchant, and community events in a promotional capacity.
- Achieve monthly origination quotas by maintaining high engagement with merchants and consistently improving performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal departments and leadership to support growth initiatives and market development.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required
1+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing roleAbility to manage territory independently and self-direct daily sales activitiesProficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and route optimization toolsStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsMust be self-motivated, assertive, and proactiveProficient in Microsoft Office and web-based toolsAbility to travel within the territory daily and outside the territory at least 10% of the timeExcellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skillsValid driver's license and a clean driving recordReliable transportation for daily travel within the territoryAbility and willingness to drive extensively for field visits (up to 15 stops per day)Preferred
Experience working with or selling to automotive repair centersProven success in high-volume, customer-focused environments such as automotive sales, wireless retail, or rental servicesBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldBilingual in SpanishWork Environment & Physical Requirements
