Long Beach, California, General Radiologist Job Position Overview
Type : Full-time, permanent position
Setting : Hospital - Hybrid (remote + on-site)
Location : Long Beach, California (must live within 30-45 min of hospital)

Schedule : 7 days on / 14 days off
Hours : 3 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM PT
Workload : Remote majority of time, on-site only during rare system downtime
Call : None
Compensation :
Base Salary : $592,997
wRVU Bonus : $13.13 per wRVU over 11,229
Value-Based Incentive : Up to 5% of base salary
Estimated Total Comp : $675,000 at 14,000 wRVUs
Extra Shifts : $440-$550 / hour
Other : 2-year shareholder track available
Ideal For : Physicians seeking high comp, significant time off, and remote flexibility

Schedule : Monday-Friday + 13 weekend call days / year
