Responsibilities
- Lead agile solution development and delivery with a primary focus on agile process management (e.g., Kanban, Scrum).
- Mentor and guide team members on agile practices and principles; facilitate planning sessions, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives tailored to the organization and team needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to realize shared goals; prioritize project and operational work; proactively identify risks or issues and escalate as appropriate.
- Drive process automation and improvement, system implementation, configuration, administration, and metrics development and reporting.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, project management, business analytics, data, technical, or non-profit field, or equivalent experience and training.Experience : At least 5 years in a technology function within a non-profit, fundraising, or similar environment; staff management experience preferred; experience implementing systems, onboarding technology, process mapping, and agile project management; experience with enterprise SaaS software (CRM, Financial, HRIS).Skills / Competencies : Agile project management (Kanban, Scrum); understanding of process management and data governance; strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and collaboratively; detail-oriented; ability to handle confidential information with discretion; flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities; ability to work overtime during peak periods.Operations
Own day-to-day operations of technology services, including solution engineering, data design, testing, and integration aligned with organizational goals and information security policies.Provide hands-on delivery of components of CJP’s technology and service offerings; coordinate internal resources and work with third-party vendors; provide user support and training on a variety of tools.Metrics
Develop and maintain key performance indicators for technology projects and operations; contribute to a data-informed culture.Additional information
