A strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Payor & Life Sciences technology leadership team, driving organizational priorities, aligning cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence. This role is ideal for a highly organized, analytical, and tech-savvy leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can translate vision into execution.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive progress on key initiatives and ensure alignment with organization goals.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms for key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead or support special projects, including vendor evaluations, colleague engagement etc.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations like Monthly Business Reviews, and strategic communications.
  • Facilitate effective communication across teams and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Manage effective leadership meetings.

For this role you will need Minimum Requirements :

  • Adept at business intelligence
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience

    • Education :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred / specialized training / relevant professional qualification.

    • Pay Range :

    The typical pay range for this role is : $75,400.00 - $182,549.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
