About the role

We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Client Care Specialist to join our team full-time at our storefront location. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clientswhether they reach out by phone, email, or in person. You'll play a key part in creating an exceptional client experience by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to care and quality. This position is compensated at $16.00 per hour .

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary receptionist and client contact for the storefront between the hours of 10am - 5pm
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins with professionalism and warmth
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client orders
• Communicate details about our preservation process, pricing, and timelines
• Address client concerns with empathy and care to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain organized records and ensure smooth communication across departments
