Our dental office is seeking an exceptional Dental Treatment Coordinator to enhance our patient care services. Candidate Requirements The Dental Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring each patient understands their treatment options, financial responsibilities, and receives outstanding service throughout their care. This position bridges clinical and administrative operations by supporting patients and the dental team. Job Responsibilities Present and explain recommended treatment plan and financila options to patients Schedule patients appointments efficiently to meet production goals. Acceptance rate must be high. Review insurance coverage and assist with pre-authorizations as needed Follow up on pending treatment and maintain accurate patient records. Coordinate communication between patients, the dental team, and insurance providers.
