Program Overview
The Global Diagnostic Team (GDT) is a key source of support for Ministries of Health and CHAI country teams. GDT works to address barriers to access and promote a healthy, competitive market for essential diagnostic tests. The team coordinates global diagnostic access efforts, working closely with diagnostic manufacturers, governments, and multilateral organizations to reduce prices, increase access to tests, and accelerate the entry and acceptance of innovative new products.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with outstanding analytical, strategic, communication and teamwork skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
- Support CHAI's supply-side engagement on genomic sequencing and other innovative diagnostic technologies.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform global supplier engagements, including market assessment and analysis.
- Lead preparations of presentations, reports and other analyses to inform global and country-level discussions on new and innovative products.
- Proactively develop and manage relationships with key partners.
- Other responsibilities could be assigned, as needed.

Minimum advanced degree with strong academic performance.Minimum 5 years of professional experience including in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment (e.g., strategy consulting, pharmaceuticals, health financing).Proven project management skills and the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with individuals of varying levels of seniority.Clear strategic thinker with very strong problem-solving skills.Available for up to 20-30% travel.High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.English language fluency, both written and verbal.Advantages :
