Position Location : Clarksburg, WV (onsite required)

Who are you?

Security-cleared Professional : You have made it through the process of receiving a United States government security clearance - congratulations! We know you are a trustworthy intel professional because you have a TS / SCI Clearance.

Education and Experience : Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of software or cloud development experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead cloud role.

The ideal candidate is an expert in DevSecOps, cloud-native development, and enterprise migration strategies, with a strong understanding of secure, resilient, and cost-effective cloud environments.

Other experience includes :

• Deep hands-on experience with major cloud providers and hybrid / multi-cloud environments.
• Advanced skills in Python, Java, or similar programming languages for cloud-native development.
• Expert in automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) and containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure software development.
• Proven experience building, deploying, and supporting mission-critical cloud applications.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certifications (preferred) : IAM / IAT Level 3 Cert (CISM, CCSP, CASP, CISSP). Professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect).

What you'll do :

The Cloud Developer leads the design, development, deployment, and optimization of secure, scalable cloud solutions across the enterprise. This role shapes cloud architecture, automates cloud resource management, and enables delivery models such as Platform as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and Data as a Service (DaaS).
