Construction Project Manager (Atlanta)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial and retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships while coordinating with field teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has a proven background in managing ground-up and interior build-out projects for retail, restaurant, and commercial clients.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client, design team, and field operations.
• Manage subcontractor performance, contract administration, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Support business development and client retention through strong communication and professionalism.
