Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 2nd & 3rd Shift

Location : Dover, NH – St. Ann Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem | Flexible Schedule | Competitive Pay

We are seeking experienced RNs and LPNs for 2nd and 3rd shifts, with full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities. Join our dedicated team and enjoy a workplace where you feel valued, connected, and supported.

  • Competitive Pay : Flexible Scheduling & 4-Day Work Week : Work 4 shifts (8-hour shifts) and get paid for 5 Shifts!

RN : $32 – $37.40 / hr depending on experience - value rate of working extra day $40 to $46.75

  • LPN : $28 – $33.40 / hr depending on experience - value rate of working extra day $35 to $41.75
  • Per diem : +$4 / hr extra
  • Sign-On Bonus : $2,500 for eligible RNs & LPNs

  • Your Role

    As an RN or LPN at St. Ann, you will :

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in a low resident-to-staff ratio setting
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
  • Administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and implement care plans
  • Support and mentor team members while fostering a positive, compassionate environment
  • Requirements :

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Must possess and maintain a current RN or LPN nursing license in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
  • Minimum of 3 yrs of nursing experience required
  • Long-term care experience preferred
