This role is focused on providing leadership and support for employee development and career growth across the organization. The Career Navigator will assess workforce needs, design personalized career plans, foster educational partnerships, and create innovative learning opportunities. Responsibilities Provide career counseling and coaching to employees, helping them navigate professional growth opportunities. Identify developmental and career needs within the organization, and propose tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design education and training programs.
