Job Summary
The Marketing Growth Specialist executes a hybrid marketing strategy, combining digital lead generation techniques with physical guerrilla marketing tactics. This role is responsible for managing technical campaign elements online while also representing the brand on the ground in the DMV area at events and targeted locations to generate buzz and collect qualified leads.
Core Responsibilities
Operate the CRM system to build and monitor automated lead nurturing sequences.
Execute cold email campaigns and utilize AI outreach tools (e.g., Copilot AI, GoExtrovert).
Plan and execute undercover marketing tactics and physically place branded materials in strategic locations (e.g., co-working spaces, networking hubs).
Represent the brand at local B2B events and conferences to engage directly with prospects and collect qualified leads in the DMV area.
Representing Tinova in lieu of the Account Executive on the ground with clients in the DMV area (first outreach, pitching, presenting, amongst others).
Provide logistical support for company-hosted events.
Track and report on lead generation performance and campaign ROI.
Qualifications and Skills
Residency in the DMV area with reliable transportation for field work.
Experience in executing email marketing and cold outreach campaigns.
Familiarity with the local B2B and startup scene.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for in-person engagement.
Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and execute tasks proactively.
Tech-savvy with an ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and AI tools.
Compensation Structure
Fixed hourly rate.
Plus, a 3% commission on all client revenue generated from qualified leads attributed to the specialist.
Performance Metrics
Number of qualified leads generated (digital and in-person).
Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
The conversion rate of generated leads to clients.
Successful execution of on-ground marketing and event initiatives.
