The Bottling Process Engineer I is responsible for designing and maintaining safe and reliable systems, while improving key performance indicators such as safety, quality, delivery, cost, throughput, and reducing unplanned downtime. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to internal and external customers, identifying causes of process upsets or constraints, devising solutions, and recommending upgrades to equipment or processes to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Position Requirements
Education, Credentials, Licenses :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical).

Experience
1-3 years in an engineering role within a manufacturing environment.Experience in a fast-paced, multi-line manufacturing setting.Strong teamwork, communication skills, and proactive attitude.Preferred : 6 months' experience in customer-facing roles and working with Fortech data management software.Work Environment
Fast-paced manufacturing environment with adherence to safety and quality protocols; exposure to noise, temperature variations, etc.
Performance Measures
Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes.Provide technical support and troubleshooting.Implement process improvements to reduce scrap, improve quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.Data analysis and reporting.Support continuous improvement and World Class Manufacturing initiatives.Lead or support engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.Create / update SOPs, work instructions, and train operators.Support validation and qualification activities.Participate in contractor qualification for capital projects.Ensure safety and environmental compliance.Other duties as assigned.Training
