Sodexo’s growing Healthcare Technology Management Division is currently seeking a Director of Imaging- Clinical Engineering- HTM for Froedtert Health locted in Milwaukee, WI. This person will oversee numerous types of medical equipment and provide leadership & process-improvement knowledge to staff. This individual should be a high-level leader that can manage a team of supervisors and technical professionals. What You'll Do : Provide oversight, hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of all clinical engineering- imaging service engineers and technical staff to ensure high performance and retention. Lead capital planning, project management, and technology assessments to support operational efficiency and innovation. Serve as the primary liaison with clients, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence. Manage imaging purchasing, subcontracts, and financial planning to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management to optimize supply chain and service delivery. Recruit, train, mentor, and develop imaging team members to build a skilled workforce and support career growth. Drive organic sales growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and expanding service offerings. What You Bring : An experienced leader with direct medical imaging technology experience and who has managed service operations in a medical imaging environment. Specific experience with the following medical devices or equipment : DiCom, Siemens, Toshiba, Philips, GE Healthcare, XRay, Ultrasound, C-Arm, Cat Scan, MRI / CT, Radiation Therapy, Nuclear Medicine, Wet or Dry Processor, General RF, Clinical Asset Management, Accelerators (Not all are required). Strong knowledge and practical understanding of regulatory compliance standards including CIHQ, DNV, and TJC. Skilled in applying solution-oriented approaches and critical thinking to effectively resolve complex issues and conflicts. Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional service while building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships with customers, staff, and vendors. Proven business acumen and financial management expertise, with confidence in making sound budgetary and operational decisions. Extensive experience leading high-performing teams, with a focus on mentoring and developing both new and existing talent.
