Senior Director Of Training & Development
Medtronic Diabetes is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Training & Development to lead the transformation of learning and development (L&D) across the Americas region. This strategic leadership role is responsible for designing and executing a high-impact learning ecosystem that leverages cutting-edge technology, AI-powered tools, digital content, and remote learning platforms to drive commercial excellence.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned :
- Develops overall organizational training and development roadmap.
- Works across the matrixed organization to understand the vision, mission, and needs to create and execute a strategic plan to meet or exceed organizational goals.
- Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids.
- Ensures training program(s) meets company and customer objectives through measured KPIs / OKRs.
- Maintains communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training.
- Hire, retain, and lead a team of professional trainers with technical expertise.
- Continuously improve lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.
Leadership

Salary ranges for U.S. (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $207,200.00 - $310,800.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan. The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location.
