BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required. Additional certifications such as ACLS may be preferred or required depending on unit needs. What You Bring : Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or similar acute care setting. Ability to quickly adapt to fast-paced environments and handle a wide range of patient needs. Strong clinical skills, including IV management, patient assessment, and emergency response. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to maintain a compassionate approach while delivering high-quality patient care. Preferred Education & Experience : Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Minimum of 1-2 years of recent RN experience in a hospital, specifically in a PCU, telemetry, or step-down unit. Prior experience working in a similar hospital environment is highly preferred.
