About the Role
Crescent Ford is looking for a high-energy, organized, and consistent Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping customers take the next step toward purchasing their vehicle.
You’ll play a key role in connecting with potential customers over the phone and online, building relationships, and setting appointments for our sales team. No prior BDC experience is required — we’ll provide full training!
What You’ll Do
Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to follow up with internet leads, inquiries, and previous customers.
Answer incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
Set quality appointments for the sales department and ensure smooth handoffs.
Follow up with no-show appointments and unsold customers.
Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with sales management to maximize lead conversion.
Provide an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.
What We’re Looking For

Excellent phone and communication skills.
Strong organization and consistency in follow-up and documentation.
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls.
Prior customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required).
Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and phone systems.
Available to work 1–2 weekends per month.
