Administrative Assistant

Seton Hill University seeks applicants for a full-time Administrative Assistant for the Physician Assistant Program to provide fiscal, clerical and administrative support for the program. Responsibilities include assisting with data collection for budget planning, processing purchases for laboratory courses and other expenses, maintaining an accurate ledger of expenses; organizing recording meeting notes; assistance with email and phone communication to students, faculty, staff, and external entities; assistance with paperwork and processes for accreditation; accessing information and data from various university databases and platforms; maintaining databases; greeting guests of the program; and working independently to improve existing program processes. Required qualifications include an associates degree or high school diploma; 5 years of experience with secretarial and computer skills; expertise in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft office software program, potential for proficient use of Physician Assistant Student Tracking Software; and effective written and verbal communication skills.
