Property Management Professional

Job Description

We're seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individual to help oversee property management operations while providing essential administrative support to our client's team Carlsbad.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day property management functions - including leasing, renewals, tenant relations, and vendor coordination.
• Assist with real estate remodel and rehabilitation projects.
• Prepare, negotiate, and manage lease agreements.
• Oversee maintenance requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Maintain accurate property records, financial reports, and CRM documentation.
• Partner with finance and ownership teams to support budgeting, reporting, and long-term strategic objectives.
• Enhance office efficiency by streamlining processes and supporting leadership with administrative needs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, property owners, and vendors
• Contribute to social media and marketing initiatives to promote properties and strengthen community engagement
