HarmonyTech Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Task Manager – Production Support with 2+ years of experience managing IT system operations and production support tasks. This role focuses on ensuring system stability, analyzing processes for optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and a structured approach to system analysis and troubleshooting.

Position is in the National Capital Region (Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia) and requires U.S. citizenship.

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage production support tasks to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that optimize internal processes.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to review data and extrapolate actionable insights.
• Maintain technical proficiency in relevant programming languages and development tools.
• Apply structured programming principles and system analysis techniques in daily tasks.
• Design and implement system solutions in accordance with industry standards.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with established principles.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for production issues as they arise.
