Restaurant General Manager Wanted for Exciting New Casual Restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia.

We are a brand new fast-casual restaurant concept opening in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia, seeking a talented, experienced, and dedicated Restaurant General Manager to join our team.

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive Salary Range : $80,000 - $85,000.

A Day in the Life of a Restaurant General Manager :

Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.

Maintain exceptional customer service standards.

Train, manage, and evaluate staff performance.

Plan and implement marketing strategies to boost revenue and attract customers.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene regulations.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control.

Requirements for Success :

3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-casual dining.

Proven track record of driving sales and increasing profitability.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of P&L analysis, budgeting, menu development, and staff training.

Familiarity with local, state, and federal food safety regulations.

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
