Accounting Manager

Perform complex accounting tasks including full general ledger maintenance, month-end and year-end closing, and preparation of financial statements for business and individual clients. Prepare and review business and individual tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax laws and accounting standards. Reconcile bank accounts and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity. Manage accounts payable and receivable, track accruals and prepaids, and assist with fixed asset accounting. Communicate directly with clients to gather necessary financial documents and clarify reporting issues. Provide audit support by compiling and organizing financial records and schedules. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting regulations and internal policies.
