We are seeking a dynamic and driven sales professional to expand and strengthen our presence within surgical and hospital environments across the United States. This role focuses on renewing and growing business within existing accounts while identifying new opportunities to introduce high-quality surgical and clinical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Renew and expand business channels within existing accounts to drive sales growth and market penetration.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new product categories and increase utilization of current offerings.
- Manage the full sales process including portfolio presentation, quoting, order management, and post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead and support product trials, in-services, and implementation to drive successful product adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and key hospital stakeholders.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute territory and account strategies.
- Provide accurate technical and clinical support in alignment with product guidelines and IFUs.
- Utilize Salesforce to track opportunities, manage pipeline activities, and monitor at-risk business.
- Collaborate with marketing to leverage whitepapers, case studies, and campaigns to enhance sales initiatives.
- Support strategic account planning and assist in contract negotiation and management.
- Represent the organization at local, regional, and national trade shows to promote the surgical portfolio.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.3+ years of proven B2B sales experience; 2+ years in Operating Room or surgical sales preferred.Experience with medical device products (capital and disposable) across various surgical specialties.Strong knowledge of the OR market landscape, including disposables and PPE.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel extensively.Capable of achieving full hospital and surgery center credentialing.Energetic, collaborative, and motivated to expand market share within a growing organization.Strong business acumen with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
