About the Role
As a key member of our office team, you'll play a vital role in supporting customer and dealer communications, managing sales processes, and contributing to operations / logistics support.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist dealers and customers with product inquiries, freight quotes, order processing, and shipping coordination
- Support after sales and replacement part management
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer communications
- Collaborate with the office manager on administrative tasks and office operations
- Help identify opportunities to improve customer experience and streamline processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferredExperience in customer support, sales support, account managementStrong communication skills—both written and verbalHighly organized with excellent time management abilitiesProactive problem-solver with attention to detailAbility to interpret technical drawings is a plusFamiliarity with QuickBooks and ExcelRequired Skills
