What You'll Do
- Engage with your community and promote a positive image of our company.
- Participate in morning huddles to plan your day and appreciate your team.
- Work primarily with kids, who make up over 70% of our patient base.
Your Responsibilities
Provide dental services to patients with the support of your dedicated team.Uphold the highest standards of integrity by adhering to all regulations and compliance programs.Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.Our Practice Offers
DentaPro software for efficient practice management.Digital x-ray and Panorex units for advanced diagnostics.Fiber-optic handpieces for enhanced patient care.Comprehensive training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management.A supportive team structure : 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.A diverse patient base, primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults.Manage an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.Qualifications We're Looking For
We expect you to have :
A DDS / DMD from an accredited dental education program.A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you provide care.Required certifications such as CPR and DEA.Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).A compassionate approach and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.What We Offer
