Part Time Sourcing Administrator
The Sourcing Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Sourcing team. Key responsibilities include managing documentation, coordinating schedules, and assisting the Sourcing team with daily functions. This position is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys handling a variety of administrative, logistical, and communication tasks. This role is part-time, averaging 25 hours per week.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Maintain and organize digital files, records, contracts and documentation for Sourcing team
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Support vendor onboarding process
- Ensure timely data entry and updates across internal platforms (e.g., Viewpoint, Bid Builder)
- Provide administrative support to project managers and sourcing teams during project transitions
- Assist with RFQ documentation, supplier communications, and follow-ups
- Support SOP and Checklist organization and maintenance

Strong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business software toolsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionPrior experience in logistics, engineering, or renewable energy sectors is a plusEducation and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in business (preferred), Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.Experience in data analytics, business systems, or sourcing roles.Experience with MS Office 365 Power BI PreferredFamiliarity with sourcing, procurement, or logistics is a plus.Physical Requirements :
