Automotive Fleet Service Associate – Self-Driving Vehicle Operations (Base Operations) Location :

  • Las Vegas, NV (On-Site) Pay : $25 / hour Schedule : Wednesday–Sunday, 11 : 30 PM – 8 : 00 AM Type : Full-Time | 6-Month Contract About the Role Join the future of mobility as an Automotive Fleet Service Associate supporting self-driving ride-hailing vehicles in Las Vegas.
  • You’ll help keep the autonomous fleet running smoothly through a mix of vehicle maintenance, operational support, and basic technical work.
  • This is a great opportunity for individuals with automotive or fleet experience who want to be part of the growing autonomous vehicle industry.
  • Key Responsibilities Clean, fuel, and prepare vehicles for daily deployment.
  • Perform routine checks and basic maintenance tasks.
  • Support fleet movement, staging, and secure storage operations.
  • Track vehicle readiness and service tasks using computer systems.
  • Assist with parts organization, inventory, and documentation.
  • Provide on-site test support, including traffic cone setup and test driving when needed.
  • Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive, fleet, or mechanical repair.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar software (Jira a plus).
  • Willing to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications Trade school certificate or Associate’s degree in Automotive Repair or related field.
  • Experience with electric vehicles (EVs), diagnostics, or fleet operations.
