SUMMARY

The SBA Manager is responsible for administering the Bank's program loans (SBA, BancAlliance, BHG), discounter relationship loans (KLC and Waterstreet), and participation purchased loans by overseeing origination, servicing, and liquidation processes. Acting as the main liaison with the U.S. Small Business Administration, this role ensures applicant eligibility, compliance with policies, and strong relationships with all stakeholders. Key duties include evaluating creditworthiness, supporting credit analysis, developing proposals, and guiding staff through loan processes. Continuous learning and risk assessment are essential to enhance banking operations and customer experience.
